Attendance matters!! Let's look at the difference between Truancy vs. Chronic Absence. This will help to get a better understanding in which category your child's absences would fall.

Did you know? Our district-wide open house is almost here! Mark you calendar!
On August 22nd from 4pm-6pm you can tour your school, meet your teacher(s) and pickup your iPads (6th-12th)! See you there!

KCSD has joined the Attendance Awareness Campaign! Please stand with us as we are 'Showing Up Together' to reduce chronic absenteeism.
Chronic absenteeism is missing 10% or more of the school year or approximately 18 days over an entire year.
