· Are you interested in acting in a play, performing a role in a skit, doing a comedy routine, or helping with behind the “scene’ in a theater performance then there is still time for you to join int the Winter Theatre Experience being offered by Knoxville Area Community Theatre [K-ACT]. -There is no cost for this activity -- NO experience is needed. Get more information after school TODAY from 3:30 - 5:00 in the KMS music room.

· KMS Students: Our Panther Focus this week and moving forward is on the implementation of the 10-5 rule. As Joe explained in his video last Friday, when you are within 10 feet of another individual, take time to acknowledge them with a smile or a head nod. When you are within 5 feet of someone, verbally acknowledge them. This can happen in many ways, just a few of which include a simple "Hello", or "It's great to see you today" or "I love your face". Let's work hard on being difference makers each and every day.
· Looking for the best after school club to grow your creative skills? Join Knoxville's Board Game Builders. Learn the basics of board game design and use elements of S.T.E.A.M to Create your own board game! Club runs on Wednesdays from 3:45 to 4:45 starting February 8th! Learn more about the club by visiting with Tim, a representative from Little Creators club TODAY during lunch times. Each week you get to explore a new topic of game design and learn how to take a wild and wacky idea and turn it into a game on the table. Learn how to make a game that is not only playable but enjoyable.
· Just a reminder, GSA club will be meeting TODAY right after school in the Life Skills room. If you have any questions, please email Mrs. Sass.
· There will be a student senate meeting TODAY during 8th hour in Mrs. Hermsen's room.
· Lost and Found items can be claimed on the table in the hallway by the office. Please check them out as they will be donated after Friday of this week if not claimed.
Athletics
· 6th grade students interested in participating in Little League – stop in the office or at the 6th grade panther store cart to pick up a flyer with registration information. Regular registration will be held January 9 – 22. Registration is to be completed on-line.
