Reminder – NO SCHOOL for students on Monday, November 10 – Teacher Professional Development Day.
Roald Dahl’s “MATILDA THE MUSICAL” will be performed on November 6 and 7at 7:00 PM, and November 8 and 9 at 2:00 PM at the Knoxville Performing Arts Center. KMS students in the show are Tavi Albers, Isabella DeJoode, Avery Dittmer, Kaylee Figland, Chloe Lee, Ali Pearson, and Lili Shelborn. See flyers posted around the school for ticket information.
Our first KMS Fun Night will be Friday, November 14. The event is free. Games will include dodgeball, 9 square, and bags. Pizza and drinks will be available for $1 per slice/drink
3:40-5:00 6th Grade and 5:30-7:00 7th & 8th Grades.
Athletics –
There will be tryouts for the Iowa Juniors (formally Blues Volleyball club) On November 9th at the middle school gym. If you are interested, email Mollie Keitges at realfitness.ia@gmail.com by November 5th. Information sheets with all the details about cost and practices are available to pick up at the communication center.
Lunch – Nachos supreme [meat, cheese, lettuce, salsa, sour cream, black olives] potato rounds with cheese sauce, or chicken fajitas
