TODAY is Ipad check in day. Please make sure you are ready to turn in your ipad, and both parts of the charger. You will be billed for items not returned.
Congratulations to this year's last Orange Frog winners: 8th grader, Zoie Swayne, and PE teacher, Mrs. Snodgrass! They are great representatives of Orange Frogs and spread happiness throughout KMS!!
Any students that have a personal guitar in the music storage room - please make a plan to take them home for the summer before the end of school next week.
The 2024-25 KMS Yearbooks have been distributed if you ordered one! We do have a limited supply remaining for sale. You may purchase one for $35 from the KMS office.
Important reminder for TOMORROW!! Any student wanting to tie-dye during the PBIS celebration needs to bring a small white item (socks, pillow case, boxers, hankie, t-shirt, etc.)!
Knoxville Police Department is sponsoring a couple events –
Helmets and Hot Dogs – Thursday, May 22 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at Dyer Hudson Hall on the Marion County Fairgrounds. Bring your bikes for a check-up and last year’s helmets for proper adjustment or trade in!
Kid’s Fishing Day – Saturday, June 7 at Marion County Park – Open to kids ages 8 - 17 from 8:00 - 11:00 AM – Free Lunch served with drawings for prizes. Pick up a flyer at the Communication Center.
Athletics -
Any 7th grade girls that want to play 8th grade volleyball, please scan the QR code on Mrs. Willis's door.
6th and 7th grade girls: there will be middle school open gyms for volleyball from 6-7:30 on Tuesdays starting June 3rd through June 15th.
Former KHS graduate and Division 1 volleyball player Brittany Bacorn will be hosting volleyball camps. There are different skill camps you can sign up for. Please contact the Youth Activities Alliance for details and sign-up.
