KMS Announcements Tuesday, January 28, 2025 Day 1
KMS Families: At a recent school board meeting, KCSD adopted a new policy regarding electronics. What this means for us at KMS is that in addition to cell phones and wireless earbuds, smart watches and other personal electronic devices are also not allowed during the school day. These items will need to be kept at home or in your locker during school day hours and should not be accessed during the school day. You may review the new policy - #503.9 - on the school board page of our district website. Please contact Mr. McNeill or Mr. Keefer if you have any questions.
Congratulations to this week's Orange Frog winners: 7th grader Mackenzie Heck and Reading Plus teacher, Mrs. Willis! They spread happiness all throughout KMS every day!
Knoxville Middle School will be participating in a food drive with the KHS to support Milly Moments this year. Food items can be brought and dropped off from Friday, January 24th, to February 16th. Food donated will benefit the Panther Pantry and other Knoxville Food pantries. Help us fill the pantries with Milly's favorite foods, and remember to Be Kind! Donations from KMS students can be put in the boxes by the Communication Center across from the office.
