KMS Announcements         Day 1

Monday, February 19, 2023 

  • Mark your calendars to attend the performance of the KMS - KACT Winter Theatre Experience on TONIGHT at 7:00 PM, here at KMS. We have a group of students who have been working hard to have a great show for us.

     

  • The Knoxville Public Library will be having

     

    Chess Hour at the library every Wednesday after school in February from 3:45 -5:00 PM for any KMS students that are interested.

     

    This is open to students in grade 3 through 8.

  • For any students eligible and interested in taking Driver Education — registration forms for the new session beginning March 24 can be picked up at the Communications Center by the office.

  • SKIP THE TRIP — Remember — DOT permit testing can be done here at KMS through the Skip the Trip program.

     

    Make arrangements with Mrs. Stevenson in the media center if you are interested in taking your drivers permit test.

     

    You need to have a permit before you can take the driver ed class.

  • Central College is proud to present a youth summit on leadership this summer. We are excited to be able to offer this opportunity to our local youth! This is for students who are currently in 6th

     – 11

     grades.

     

    Pick up a flyer with all the details at the Communications Board out side the KMS office.

Athletics —                                   

  • Good Luck to our 8th boys basketball teams in their games today with Oskaloosa. Please dismiss the players at 3:15 for them to travel to Oskaloosa.

  • Knoxville Soccer Club registration for the spring season is open through Feb 15th. To register go to kscpanthers.org. Open to all students 6 years old through 8th grade. If you have any questions email kscpanthers@gmail.com.
