KMS Announcements         Day 1

Friday, February 2, 2023 

  • Our Panther Focus this week is on treating peers with kindness.  There are a lot of different ways this can happen.  Our words and our actions make a difference every hour of every day.  Take time to make a positive impact on others around you each and every day.  This week - set a goal to make at least one positive impact on a peer each day while you are at school.
  • We will have a PBIS raffle TODAY.  Winners will be drawn in the afternoon.  Be sure to get your ticket entered!

  • The 7th & 8th graders KMS Dance will be TONIGHT from 5:30-7:00 PM.  The format will be slightly different.  The dance will be held in the KMS cafeteria.  We will also have 9-square and basketball available in the gym as an activity option.  The entry fee for the dance is $3.00.  Pizza and drinks are available for $1 each.  Please see Mr. McNeill or Mr. Keefer if you have any questions.
  • span class="Apple-converted-space">  Chess Hour at the library every Wednesday after school in February from 3:45 -5:00 PM for any KMS students that are interested.  This is open to students in grade 3 through 8.
  • For any students eligible and interested in taking Driver Education — registration forms for the new session beginning March 24 can be picked up at the Communications Center by the office.
  • SKIP THE TRIP — Remember — DOT permit testing can be done here at KMS through the Skip the Trip program.  Make arrangements with Mrs. Stevenson in the media center if you are interested in taking your drivers permit test.  You need to have a permit before you can take the driver ed class.
