- It is HOMECOMING week! Reminder for the rest of the week: Wednesday — Jersey Day; Thursday —Twin Day and Friday — Black and Gold/School Spirit Day,
- Staff don't forget to record your student participation for HOCO dress up days first thing- first hour- each morning this week.
- The Yearbook committee would like to thank everyone who submitted an entry into the cover contest. There were 11 entries this year. Congratulations to the winner, Elli Geery! Your design will be featured on the back of this year's Yearbook!
- Mark your calendar that KMS & KHS picture day is Wednesday, October 4.
- Congratulations to our Staff PBIS winners for the week! Parking to Mr. Pearson and Ms VanHulzen and treat to Mr. DeVos and Mrs. Sass.
- Congratulations to this week's Orange Frog Winners: 7th grader, Aldair Vasquez-Santos and to our 7th-grade science teacher, Mrs. Finnegan. They have shown kindness to others at school. They have also spread positivity at KMS and have helped those who need it.
- Students eligible for Driver Education Class take note: The fall classroom session will begin on Sunday, October 22nd. Stop in the office to pick up registration information and form.
Athletics —
- Good Luck to our KMS football teams in their games with Newton today. The 7th grade will be playing at home. The 8th grade will travel to Newton for their games and should be dismissed at 2:35.
- Good luck to the cross country team at their meet in Newton. Please dismiss the runners at 1:50.
- Good Luck to out 7/8 Volleyball teams as they will play at Centerville. Please dismiss them at 2:30.
