KMS Announcements Day 1
Monday, February 27, 2023
· Red Out activities start today with volleyball; tomorrow will be 3 on 3 basketball; and Wednesday -- Dodgeball.
· Congratulations to all of the students who performed at the KMS Solo and Ensemble Contest on Saturday.
· Our Panther Focus this week is on cafeteria expectations. At lunch, take time to engage in conversation with your table mates. This is a great time to build relationships with classmates. Voices should remain at a Level 1. When it is time to dismiss, clean up the area around you. A supervisor will check your area and dismiss your table when it is your turn to leave the cafeteria.
· We will have a PBIS raffle Friday. Up for grabs will be a portable charge, wireless ear buds, a Caseys gift card, and gum.
· Congratulations to these students for earning Student of month for the month of January. William Dennison, Jack Lilly, Hunter Hulgan, Bella Wanninger, Margarette Leekley. Please come to the office right away to claim your certificate.
· Congratulations to our staff PBIS winners for this week! – Parking – Mrs. Willis and Mrs. Pedan; Shirt/Treat – Mrs. Stevenson, Mrs. Swanson and Ms. Smith
· Good Luck to our KMS students who are participating in the South Central Conference Honor Choir today in Pella. Please dismiss them 11:45 and they should report to the choir room --

· Students – please note this bus change for Bus # 4 to the PANTHER PARK -- Effective Monday, Feb 27, 2023 Bus 4 will make TWO stops in the afternoon dropping off students. West, Middle School, High School students will be dropped off approximately at 3:35 p.m. Northstar students will be dropped off approximately at 3:50 p.m.
· Flyers are available in the office with details to register for the next Driver Education session in Knoxville. Spring Classroom session will begin on Monday, March 6. The spring classroom session will begin on Monday, March 6th.
