There are many things in life that are out of our control, like where you were born, your height, hair color, or certain talents you may have. But not everything is beyond your reach! In fact, there are multiple things that anyone can do, which require zero talent, but will earn you 100% respect. These include being on time, having a strong work ethic, giving your best effort, showing positive body language, and bringing energy to everything you do. A positive attitude and passion can make all the difference, while being coachable (taking feedback and using it to improve) shows you're ready to grow. Doing a little extra and always being prepared will set you apart, too.

The best part? Anyone can practice these at any time, and the more you do it, the easier they become. So, here’s your challenge: Look through these traits and pick one that you can improve on. Let’s work on getting better every day!

Have a great week, and GO PANTHERS!

Quote of the Week

"Success comes from knowing that you did your best to become the best that you are capable of becoming."

— John Wooden
