Panther Pride Focus
Would you like to live with less stress, feel happier more consistently, and find greater success? We all do! While there’s no magic formula that requires zero effort, the good news is that the power to make these changes lies in your hands. Want to know how? It starts with making four simple agreements with yourself to move in a positive direction.
Agreement #1: Be impeccable with your word. Speak with integrity and only say what you mean. Avoid using words to speak against yourself or to gossip about others. Instead, use the power of your words to spread truth and kindness.
Agreement #2: Don’t take anything personally. What others say and do is a reflection of their own reality, not yours. When you stop taking things personally, you free yourself from needless suffering and negativity.
Agreement #3: Don’t make assumptions. Have the courage to ask questions and express what you really want. Clear communication helps prevent misunderstandings, sadness, and unnecessary drama.
Agreement #4: Always do your best. Your best will look different from day to day. Some days you’ll feel great, others not so much. But in every moment, give it your best effort, and you’ll avoid self-judgment, regret, and self-criticism.
Think about these four agreements. Make the commitment to yourself, and you’ll be on the path to a better, more positive life. Have a great week, and GO PANTHERS!
Quote of the Week
“Mystery creates wonder and wonder is the basis of man’s desire to understand.”
-Neil Armstrong
