A group of Knoxville Community School District staff members from all buildings returned early from Winter Break on Wednesday, January 4th to participate in some extra learning to better serve our students. There were two different sections that staff participated in: Orange Frog Training and Mental Health First Aid.
These opportunities were provided to give staff members on Building Wellness Teams the time to refresh on the topics and plan to move forward with new initiatives in each building. We are excited to get the second semester started and cannot wait to see how this learning will impact each building.
