Free Meals to All Students for 2021-2022 School Year

Free Meals to All Students for 2021-2022 School Year

We are pleased to share that we will be able to once again provide free meals to all students for the 2021-22 school year! This is thanks to our participation in the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s waiver program, which provides funding for breakfasts and lunches for all students, regardless of their Free or Reduced status.

Additionally, we have added several new menu items for next school year, including:

  • Tenderloin Sandwich
  • Onion Rings
  • Bacon Cheeseburgers
  • Cheesy Potatoes
  • Mac & Cheese
  • Chocolate Chip Cookies and more!

If you have any questions about the meals program or our food service in general, please contact Jason Swanson at jason.swanson@kcsd.k12.ia.us or 641-828-2094. We look forward to providing this resource to our students and families again next school year!
