Annual Notice & Non-Discrimination

The Knoxville Community School District and Board will not discriminate in educational programs on the basis of race, creed, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, religion, marital status, socioeconomic status or genetic information. The Board and the District require all persons, agencies, vendors, contractors, and other persons and organizations doing business with or performing services for the District to subscribe to all applicable federal and state laws, executive orders, rules and regulations pertaining to contract compliance and equal opportunity.
