1:1 Information, Forms and Policies:
Students in grades 6-12 received iPad in August 2019.
It is the intent of a 1:1 program to empower students with “anytime and anywhere” learning. The focus is still about delivering quality classroom instruction and inspiring creativity in students. Our goal is to have technology integrated into the teaching and learning environment.
We want to provide our students with an opportunity to develop 21st century skills. Those skills include becoming a self-directed learner that relies on critical thinking, communication, and problem solving as opposed to the traditional recalling of facts. Collaboration with others next door or around the world is another opportunity to discover more, learn more, and reach the goal of a 21st century skilled individual, prepared for a world in which the jobs they will have are not known at this time.
