My name is Ben Overman.  I graduated from Indianola High School and went on to Central College where I got my degree in Psychology.  After Central, I spent a year back at Indianola where I worked as an associate to a special needs student.  While at Indianola, I got into coaching, with freshman football and varsity girl's track.  I then headed to Iowa State University where I got my teaching certification for science.  I also coached three sports for Ames High School: strength and conditioning, varsity girl's track and sophomore football.  This will be my 7th year teaching at Knoxville Middle School, where I coach 8th grade football, 8th grade boy's track, and 8th grade baseball.
